This policy explains how MY SPAIN LEGACY SL (trading as MARA Holding / MARA Residence) processes personal data of visitors to this page and of people who request information about the MARA Residence development in Dénia. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Law LOPDGDD 3/2018.

2. What we process

• Contact details you enter yourself: name, email address, phone number, your preference (apartment type) and any questions you ask us.
• Source data about your visit: which advertisement or campaign brought you here (UTM parameters), page language.
• Technical data and cookies — only after your consent: usage statistics and advertising measurement (see section 7).
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Sending floor plans, payment schedule and price list and answering your questions — on the basis of your request and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Follow-up by email, phone or WhatsApp about this development, including a series of informational emails — on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe in every email.
• Improving this page and our advertising — on the basis of your cookie consent.
• Legal obligations — where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions and do not use your data for other developments without asking you.

4. Who we share data with

Your data is processed by service providers acting on our behalf under data-processing agreements:

• Pipedrive OÜ (CRM, Estonia / EU) — management and follow-up of your request
• Google Ireland Ltd (Workspace email; Google Analytics only after consent)
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (advertising measurement, only after consent; WhatsApp Business for messages you send us)
• Netlify Inc. (hosting of this page, USA — under EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Publiiq — the marketing agency running the campaign on our behalf, with access to enquiries

We do not sell data and do not share it with other parties unless required by law or requested by you (for example a referral to a lawyer or mortgage adviser).

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as there is contact about the development and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask for deletion earlier or a purchase agreement is signed (in which case statutory retention periods apply). Cookie measurement data is retained according to Google Analytics (up to 14 months) and Meta (up to 180 days).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to sales@mara-residence.com; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or with the authority in your own country.

7. Cookies

On your first visit we ask for consent. Without it we set no measurement or advertising cookies and the page works fully. With consent we use:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous visit statistics (which sections are viewed, how many visitors).
• Meta pixel — measures whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising leads to enquiries and helps us reach similar audiences.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser (no third-party cookie). You can change it by clearing this site's stored data in your browser. Functional storage (your language, your cookie preference) is necessary and requires no consent.
